Acceptance of these terms

By inviting, accessing, or using Kurumi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the bot.

Who may use Kurumi

You may use Kurumi only if your use complies with Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and the rules of the Discord server in which Kurumi is being used.

Acceptable use

Kurumi is intended for legitimate Discord server functionality, entertainment, moderation, music, utility, roleplay, economy, and related features.

You may not use Kurumi to facilitate unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, fraud, spam, malicious automation, exploitation of the service, or attempts to bypass Discord or Kurumi safety controls.

Server administrators

Server administrators are responsible for configuring Kurumi appropriately for their communities and for deciding which members may access moderation, economy, custom command, and other privileged features.

Administrators should only grant Kurumi the Discord permissions required for the features they intend to use.

Bot availability

Kurumi is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be modified, disabled, interrupted, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, technical, operational, or development reasons.

Continuous uptime or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Feature changes

Commands, modules, integrations, economy systems, limits, and other functionality may change over time. Existing features may be reworked or removed, and new requirements may be introduced when necessary.

Third-party services

Some Kurumi features rely on third-party platforms or APIs. Their availability, behavior, and terms are outside Kurumi's direct control. Kurumi is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by those third-party services.

Abuse and access restrictions

Access to Kurumi may be limited, suspended, or blocked for users or servers that abuse the bot, attempt to disrupt its operation, exploit vulnerabilities, evade restrictions, or use the service in a way that creates security or platform risk.

Data and privacy

Kurumi's handling of Discord data and other information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Kurumi's original website design, branding, code, text, and original assets are owned by their respective creator or licensors. Discord and third-party names, trademarks, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

Kurumi is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent availability of any feature.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kurumi's operator is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost server configuration, third-party outages, moderation decisions made by server staff, or other consequences arising from use or inability to use the service.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as Kurumi evolves or as platform, operational, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
